REBEL X BEATS Beat Lease Agreement REBEL X BEATS This Beat Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is made on 10/28/2024 between: Producer: Rebel X Beats ("Licensor") Artist: _________________ ("Licensee") 1. Term and Rights Granted 1.1. This is a ONE (1) YEAR non-exclusive lease agreement. 1.2. The Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the instrumental ("Beat") for one commercial recording only. 1.3. This lease expires one year from the date of purchase. 2. Limitations 2.1. Licensee may use the Beat for up to 10,000 paid music downloads/streams. 2.2. Licensee may perform the song live and receive revenue from performances. 2.3. Licensee must give credit: "Prod. by Rebel X Beats" on all distributions. 2.4. The Licensor maintains 100% ownership of the Beat. 3. Distribution Rights 3.1. YouTube monetization is permitted. 3.2. Music video rights are included (1 music video). 3.3. Streaming on all platforms is permitted within the stream limit. 3.4. Radio broadcasting is NOT permitted unless separately negotiated. 4. Restrictions 4.1. Licensee cannot transfer or assign this license to another party. 4.2. Licensee cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, or re-license the Beat. 4.3. Licensee cannot modify, alter, or edit the Beat beyond standard mixing/mastering. 4.4. The Beat cannot be used in any videos other than music videos (e.g., film, television, or video games). 5. Term and Termination 5.1. This Agreement terminates one year from the date of purchase. 5.2. Upon termination, all rights revert to the Licensor. 5.3. Any violations of this Agreement will result in immediate termination.
