Beat Lease Agreement

1. Lease Terms
   This Beat Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between RebelX Beats (“Licensor”) and the purchasing party (“Licensee”). By purchasing a beat lease, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions:
2. License Grant
   Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the selected musical composition (“Beat”) in accordance with the terms specified in their chosen license package:

Basic Lease: Up to 5,000 streams/downloads
Premium Lease: Up to 50,000 streams/downloads
Unlimited Lease: Unlimited streams/downloads
Exclusive Rights: Full ownership transfer (subject to separate agreement)

3. Permitted Uses
   Licensee may use the Beat to create one new recording (“Song”). The Song may be used for:

• Commercial release
• Music videos
• Live performances
• Streaming platforms
• Radio airplay (as per license tier)

4. Restrictions
   Licensee may NOT:

Re-sell, transfer, or distribute the Beat in its original form
Claim ownership of the Beat
Use the Beat in more than one song
Exceed streaming/download limits for chosen license tier

5. Credit
   Proper credit must be given as: “Produced by RebelX Beats” in all uses of the Song. Some Tags if added must remain unless both parties have came to a binding agreement
6. Revenue Splits
   Publishing and writer’s share splits are as follows:

• Basic/Premium Lease: 50% Licensor / 50% Licensee
• Unlimited Lease: 70% Licensee / 30% Licensor
• Exclusive Rights: 100% Licensee (after purchase)

7. Term
   This license is effective from the date of purchase and remains in effect in perpetuity, provided all terms are met.

By purchasing and downloading the Beat, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
